To initiate a return, pack the entire kit as received and arrange for courier delivery to the following address:

To complete the return process, send the courier receipt of return to support@arama.asia within 3 working days of receiving the product.
Upon receiving all materials in their original condition, we will raise a refund request for the invoiced amount.
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
