- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories

- Massage chairs, massage guns, and wellness devices
- Products with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping
- Incorrect products delivered

- Products with broken seals or hygiene packaging (eye massagers, face massagers)

- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

10.3 Installation Services
- Installation charges are non-refundable
- If product is returned, installation fee is deducted from refund
- For installed products, de-installation labor charges apply at actuals

11. Refund Amount Calculation

Important: In case of refunds for massage chairs and other installed products, transportation charges and labor charges for de-installation will be applicable at actuals and will be deducted from the refund amount. The customer will be informed of these charges before processing the return.
