- Welcome guests and explain massage chair services and pricing
- Operate and maintain massage chairs and payment systems
- Keep the lounge spotlessly clean and hygienic
- Track daily usage, revenue and customer feedback
- Upsell memberships and premium packages
- 12th pass minimum; graduation preferred
- Excellent communication in local language + English or Hindi
- Comfortable working in shifts at railway stations
- Friendly, patient and customer-oriented personality
- Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs on massage chairs
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical and software issues on-site
- Maintain spare parts inventory and service logs
- Train lounge attendants on basic troubleshooting
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 2+ years field service or maintenance experience
- Willingness to travel within assigned state
- Plan and execute social media content calendars
- Run paid campaigns on Meta, Google and YouTube
- SEO optimisation for arama.asia and Google Shopping
- WhatsApp broadcast campaigns and automation
- Track KPIs: ROAS, CTR, engagement, traffic, conversions
- 2+ years in digital marketing (performance + content)
- Hands-on with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, GA4
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
- Identify and close B2B and B2C sales leads
- Sell massage chairs, massagers, rental packages, memberships
- Build relationships with corporates, hospitals, hotels, gyms
- Hit monthly revenue targets
- Proven track record in consultative or field sales
- Self-motivated; comfortable with 100% commission structure
- Own vehicle and smartphone
- Supervise 5-10 lounge locations and their staff
- Ensure SOP compliance, cleanliness and customer satisfaction
- Manage scheduling, attendance and performance reviews
- Report daily metrics and flag operational issues
- Graduate with 2+ years supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel across city
- Assemble massage chairs from components
- Perform quality checks and load testing
- Refurbish returned units to like-new condition
- Maintain workshop inventory and tools
- ITI / Diploma in relevant trade
- Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical assemblies
- Attention to detail and quality mindset
- Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp and email queries
- Process complaints, refunds and service requests
- Coordinate with field teams for on-ground resolution
- Maintain CRM records and escalation logs
- Graduate with 1+ years customer service experience
- Fluent in English + Hindi; regional language a plus
- Patient, empathetic and solution-oriented
- Design social media posts, stories and reels covers
- Create product catalogues, brochures and pitch decks
- Design in-lounge signage, standees and print collateral
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Strong portfolio showing brand and marketing design
